Pro Player Pathway — Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and participation in The Pro Player Pathway, operated by Jamiebreeno Ltd (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By purchasing, accessing any content, or joining our Skool community, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. What You Get

• Access to our Skool-based training program, including:

• 200+ lessons and drill walkthroughs

• Structured weekly training

• Professional-level S&C coaching

• Technical and position-specific training sessions

• Access to community discussions, weekly group calls, and bonus modules

2. Payments & Subscriptions

• If you are on a subscription plan, your card will be charged monthly until you cancel.

• Failed payments may result in your account being suspended until the payment is resolved.

• Refunds are not provided unless:

  • A. You have completed the training and watched all lessons but have not achieved a desired result; or

  • B. You can show you have not accessed or watched any training modules.

• For one-time payments, access is lifetime unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Refund Policy

We are confident the program can help players improve. If you:

• Complete the entire program,

• Follow all training and exercises, and

• Demonstrate application of the methods (e.g., training logs, session tracking, participation records)

You may request a refund within 30 days of starting the program if you still feel you have not made progress. Refund approval is at the discretion of Jamiebreeno Ltd after we review the evidence provided. This does not affect your statutory rights.

4. Code of Conduct

• Treat coaches, moderators, and members with respect.

• No spam, harassment, bullying, or toxic behaviour.

We may remove members without refund if these rules are breached.

5. Intellectual Property

All training videos, guides, session plans, and related materials are the property of Jamiebreeno Ltd. You may notreproduce, distribute, share, or resell any content without our written permission.

6. Access & Termination

Access may be revoked if you violate these terms or misuse the platform. We may update these terms at any time; we will notify you of significant changes.

7. Disclaimer

We do not guarantee you will become a professional footballer. Outcomes depend on your effort, discipline, and application of the training.
